Don’t Look Up is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, which you can read at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. The terms on this page supplement that agreement — they add detail about subscriptions and support. They do not replace it, and nothing here is meant to contradict it. If something on this page conflicts with Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s EULA wins.
The app is published by Now Studio LLC (“we”, “us”). By using Don’t Look Up, you agree to these supplemental terms.
Your licence and acceptable use
Apple’s Standard EULA grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. Within that licence, please don’t:
- copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or its built-in decks;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app, except where the law says you may;
- try to unlock paid features without paying for them;
- use the app in a way that breaks the law or infringes someone else’s rights.
You are responsible for the content of any custom deck you create. If you write words or phrases into a deck and share it with other people, that’s your content and your call — we don’t see it, review it, or moderate it. Keep it legal and keep it something you have the right to share.
One practical note: the game involves waving a phone around near your head with other people in the room. Hold on to it, watch your surroundings, and take care of your device and each other.
DLU Pro
The app is free to play. DLU Pro is an optional upgrade that unlocks Party Mode — AirPlay to a TV, and SharePlay over FaceTime with remote friends. Pro is available three ways:

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by region. The exact price you will be charged is always shown by Apple on the confirmation screen before you buy.
DLU Pro Lifetime is a single purchase. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel. All purchases are sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase system, and payment is charged to your Apple Account.
Auto-renewal
This section applies to the Monthly and Annual subscriptions only.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the then-current price for your plan.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings at any time.
- Turning off auto-renew does not end the period you have already paid for — Pro stays active until that period runs out.
How to cancel
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not from inside the app. On your device, open Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, tap Don’t Look Up, and choose Cancel Subscription. Do this at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You have to cancel through Apple.
Refunds
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We cannot issue, approve, or reverse an App Store refund — we have no access to the transaction.
To request one, use Apple’s “Report a Problem” page at reportaproblem.apple.com, or contact Apple Support. If something in the app is broken, email us at amoldesigns23@gmail.com — we’d like the chance to fix it, even though the refund decision is Apple’s.
Restoring purchases
If you reinstall the app or set up a new device, open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you bought Pro with. That re-checks your purchase history with Apple and re-unlocks Pro.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is”. We do our best to make it work well, but we can’t promise it will be free of bugs, that tilt detection will behave perfectly on every device, or that AirPlay and SharePlay will always connect — those depend on your network, your hardware, and Apple’s services. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You may have consumer rights under your local law that these terms cannot limit; nothing here takes those away.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you actually paid for the app and its in-app purchases. Again, this does not affect consumer rights your local law gives you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. If a change matters, it will be described plainly rather than buried. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
