Getting started

Use the Returns tab to add a retailer link, receipt and a deadline you have checked with the store. A link alone does not verify the return policy. Enable reminders in Settings and allow notifications when asked. Export or retain important receipt originals before deleting the app.

Get help

Email info@nowstudioai.com with the app name, app version, operating system and steps that caused the problem. Please remove private details from attachments.

Purchases

If a purchased feature is missing, use Restore Purchases in the app and check that the same Apple Account is signed in. Apple manages billing and refund requests.
