- BANKING NOW does not collect any data from you. Our App Store privacy declaration is “Data Not Collected.”
- There are no accounts and no sign-in.
- No analytics SDKs, no advertising, no trackers, no third-party profiling.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data, because we do not have any.
- Your games, players, and balances are stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, synced through your own iCloud account so you can resume on another device. We cannot see either copy.
- BANKING NOW does sell in-app purchases. They are sold and processed by Apple. We never see your card number or billing address.
- The app is a game utility. The balances inside it are not real money and it does no real banking.
This policy explains how BANKING NOW handles information. BANKING NOW is published by Now Studio LLC. It is short because the app genuinely does very little with data.
What BANKING NOW is
BANKING NOW is a digital banker and scoreboard for property-trading board games. You add players with a starting cash amount, the Banker transfers funds between players, and the app keeps the ledger for the game session.
To be completely clear: the balances BANKING NOW tracks are not real money. It does no real banking, holds no cryptocurrency, and carries out no actual financial transaction between players. It is not a bank, a wallet, or a payment app. Every balance in the app is play money for a board game, and the app never asks for and never touches a real bank account, card, or financial credential.
The one place real money is involved is the optional in-app purchase of BANKING NOW Pro, which you pay to Apple, not to us. That is described under Purchases below.
Data we collect
None. Now Studio LLC does not collect personal data through this app. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, or device identifiers. There is no account to create and nothing to log in to.
We do not operate a server that receives your app data. We have no database of users, because there are no users to have a record of.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
BANKING NOW contains no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK that reports to us, no advertising, no ad identifiers, and no tracking or profiling technology of any kind. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not let anyone else do it through this app.
We do not sell your data, rent it, trade it, or share it with data brokers. There is nothing to sell.
Information stored on your device
Your games are saved locally on your device so a session can be resumed later. That includes the player names or labels you type in, the starting cash you set, the balances, and the transaction ledger for the session.
Player names are whatever you type. You are free to use nicknames or initials. Nothing you type is sent to us.
iCloud sync
So that you can put a game down on one device and pick it up on another, BANKING NOW also saves your current offline game to Apple’s iCloud key-value storage, using your own iCloud account. The same information described above — player names or labels, starting cash, balances, and the session ledger — is included in that synced copy.
Two things to be clear about. First, this copy lives in your own iCloud account under Apple’s terms and privacy policy; Now Studio LLC has no access to it, no key for it, and no way to read it. Second, it is a genuine off-device copy, so it is not accurate to say your game data never leaves your device — it goes to your iCloud.
Games played over Network Game are deliberately never saved or synced. Only offline games are stored. If you sign out of iCloud or turn iCloud off for BANKING NOW in your device settings, the app keeps working and simply saves locally instead.
You can delete a saved game inside the app, which removes both the copy on your device and the copy in your iCloud. Deleting the app removes its local data but does not by itself clear the copy already in your iCloud — delete the saved game inside the app first if you want both gone. If you use your device’s own backup service, local app data may also be included in your backup, which is handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and not by us.
Network Game and the local network
The Network Game feature uses Apple’s MultipeerConnectivity framework so each player can join a game from their own device. It connects devices directly over your local network. The game data exchanged — player names, balances, transfers — travels between the participating devices on that network.
There is no account, no matchmaking service, and no server run by Now Studio LLC involved. Your game data does not pass through us. Only devices you invite into the session receive it, and only for the duration of that session.
Your device may ask for permission to find and connect to devices on your local network. That permission is used solely to let nearby players join your game and can be withdrawn in your device settings at any time.
AirPlay and external displays
The AirPlay Board shows a live leaderboard on a TV or external display. It simply presents data that is already on your device on a second screen. It does not record your screen, your camera, or any audio, and it does not send anything to us.
Purchases
BANKING NOW offers in-app purchases: a monthly auto-renewable subscription, a yearly auto-renewable subscription, and a one-time Lifetime purchase, each of which unlocks BANKING NOW Pro. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
All of these are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple — not Now Studio LLC — processes the payment and handles the entire transaction. Your card number, billing address, and Apple Account details go to Apple and are never received by us. We never see them, store them, or have any way to access them.
What the app receives back from Apple is a purchase receipt used to confirm that Pro is unlocked on your device. “Restore Purchases” asks Apple to re-check purchases made with your Apple Account. Apple’s handling of your purchase information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.
Children’s privacy
BANKING NOW is a board-game companion and is suitable for family play. Because the app collects no personal data from anyone, it collects no personal data from children either. There is no account creation, no profile, no chat, no user-generated content shared with strangers, and no advertising.
If you believe a child has somehow provided personal information to us — for example by writing to our support email — contact us at amoldesigns23@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Data deletion
We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing on our side for us to delete. To remove your game data, delete individual saved games in the app — that clears both the copy on your device and the synced copy in your iCloud. Deleting the app removes its local data, but a game still saved in iCloud is cleared by deleting it in the app, or through your own iCloud settings.
If you have contacted us by email, that email correspondence exists in our inbox. Ask us at amoldesigns23@gmail.com and we will delete the thread.
Purchase records are held by Apple, not by us. Manage those through your Apple Account.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If a future version of the app ever starts collecting data, we will update this policy before that version ships and describe plainly what it collects and why.
